The HSSC Physics syllabus emphasizes the development of a scientific temperament, and the cultivation of social, ethical, moral and aesthetic values. It requires candidates to work individually and collectively in discussing and understanding various theoretical concepts. Candidates learn how to apply their investigative and problem-solving skills to questions that they may face in the real world. An in-depth engagement with the syllabus enables students to appreciate both the factors that influence the pursuit of science, and the various ways in which scientific developments impact the way that people live.
