Rommel Austria Manalo holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from one of the top universities in the Philippines, De La Salle University. He began his career at Ford Motors in the Philippines, as a HR Assistant.
He, then, joined one of the top three banks in the Philippines, the Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) as a Universal Hiring Processer. Rommel’s valuable expertise in Human Resources allow him to plan, direct, and coordinate various administrative functions at Learning Bytes. He oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new tutors, consults with top management on strategic planning, and serves as a link between the management team and tutors at Learning Bytes.
