Moeen Khan
Moeen Khan has over 30 years of experience working in the consumer finance industry with leading global organizations like American Express, Citibank and Barclays. He is now a banker turned businessman and runs his own company called First Solution Management Services (FSMS). FSMS has its head office in Dubai, UAE and branches across Pakistan. Before substantiating FSMS, Moeen was heading the Debt Management department for Emerging Markets (EM) at Barclays. His responsibilities as the Regional Head of Debt Management, EM included developing strategies, policies, and processes for a consumer asset book of over USD 8 billion, with a team of over 5000 employees. In a short span of time, Moeen created a business model for all countries.
He was responsible for setting up an organizational design, overseeing an increase in employee numbers from 76 to 5000, implementing strategies, governance structures, incentive programs, and executing a tactical and strategic system. While working at Citi Bank Pakistan, Moeen held several senior positions in consumer banking. His last assignment was as Regional Senior Central Region. As a result of Moeen's substantial experience and holistic approach, FSMS has solidified its position in the market, as evidenced by the company's growing reputation and exemplary records. Additionally, FSMS has been rapidly growing in different parts of the world, with the capability of managing the spectrum, monitoring the quality of service, and carrying out its various regulatory functions. Moeen is a well-regarded professional in the banking fraternity and brings in strategic direction and operational expertise to the company.
Realizing the importance of education in developing countries, Moeen has decided to venture into an educational support program called Learning Bytes. The objective of this venture is to provide quality education to everyone, especially in areas where the current education infrastructure is not very strong. With his management expertise and process improvement skills, Moeen has collaborated with education experts to deliver quality education to all.
